We spend most of our time on our feet, yet this part we so often neglect, but by giving your feet a short massage a few times a week, it's amazing how much of a difference this can make in reducing your stress levels & enhancing your wellbeing.  You will notice you will find yourself taking deep nourishing breaths whilst massaging your feet, which improves oxygen levels in your system and stimulates healing throughout your whole body, helping you to feel more balanced, grounded, centred and calm.
 
Having trained & practised in Clinical Reflexology, a high percentage of my clients described how they always slept so deeply after having a Reflexology Foot Treatment.  
 
This is why we created this nourishing foot balm, enriched with pure essential oils to promote relaxation & to help aid a good night's sleep! 
 
D I R E C T I O N S  F O R   U S E:
Use before bedtime. Sit comfortably on the sofa, floor or bed, lightly swipe fingers over the surface of the balm and apply directly to feet and heels.  Rub in firmly and with your thumbs, press gently into areas of the feet that are holding any tension or that ache. Extend the massage to around the ankles. Finally, stretch your toes back and forth holding the stretch for a few moments, taking deep breaths as you do so.
