UK Processing timescales, Shipping & Returns

Processing of your order timescales::

 

Standard time taken to process your order: 

1-3 working days

 

If you choose Express or Special Delivery – your order will be processed within 24 hours

Standard delivery:

2-4 working days

 

Express Delivery:

1-2 working days

 

Special Delivery:

Mon-Fri – Order before 1pm and your order will be delivered by 1pm the following day.

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

 

Gift Message – you have an option to write a personal message with all our gifts, which we print and enclose with your order, you can either select this option with your order, or message us after placing your order.  We do not include any invoice costs, only electronically to your email after your order is placed.

 

NON-DELIVERY – RETURNED TO SENDER

If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of your items & a re-delivery is required, the extra postage charge will be your responsibility

 

COLLECTION FROM RECALM, CHIPPENHAM

Please select if you are able and wish to collect from our premises.

This is only to be used if you are able to collect your order, in person, from us 9.15am & 1.15pm Monday to Friday – if you choose this option:  please quote your mobile number, and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection within 1-3 working days from order date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand how important it is for your gift to be perfect, if for any reason you are dissatisfied in anyway, please do not hesitate to message us, and we will make it right.  Please email us with pictures & information as to why you would like to return your purchase to recalm.treatments@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  If your goods have been damaged in transit, please take a picture and send this to us please.

Once a return has been agreed, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days to the address on the parcel your order was sent in.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it - this includes when the product is in transit back to us.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage as we will be unable to action a refund if the parcel does not arrive back with us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Once the product/s have been received back with us in their original condition, we will refund the cost of the pre-agreed returned item/s to you. The original postage costs for the order are non-refundable.
